82Punter, yes I think it looks good for tomorrow, not sure about the celebratory coffee, 8.00am is fine for champagne I am sure, can anyone tell me how long after the meeting does it take to have the shares we are voting on into your account, I am looking at resolution 5 and take from it, Approval to issue FT General Trading Shares, that is very interesting because FT General is the funder of $35 million, the shares to be issued to them is 15,000,000 for the setting up of finance and by the look of it they are tradeable immediately, my question is, if they are tradeable how long before they have them in there account, I really cant see them releasing the funds until they have them, would you ??, $300,000.00 worth of shares that could realistically be worth $1.5 million if the first pump was good, is this why the meeting is set for 8.00am, does that give VEC time to have the meeting, ratify everything and get the shares into there trading account ready for Friday morning opening, just rambling here, but took a lot from the resolution 5 that says "trading shares" all other resolutions just have shares or consideration shares, GLTAH for Friday
