If they go to a gun show or shop online, no background check is required.
They can take possession of these efficient people-killing machines immediately.

*  Does it make any sense to leave a gaping loophole like that open?
*  Why would "law abiding citizens" be in such haste and wish to avoid the check process?

Questions the gun lobby obviously doesn't want asked.
