Update on what? Update that they were going to be 33% below last year. Nothing wrong with a market update saying we expect to be below the pcp by x% but still confident of hitting our full year targets. The listing rules are grey, listing rule 3.1.6.3 says if you do not provide guidance or you are not covered by broker estimates but you expect your profit to be more than +/- 10% of what you achieved in the prior year you need to tell people ASAP. When I say grey not sure if they mean full year or a reporting period.
