LIFX has a good name so the product will sell, the issue with LIFX is the price buddy got it at and the production cost.

This part the production cost with the company making the product will show how successful LIFX will be and keeping in front of the competition.

Buddy needs to stay afloat while LIFX builds up to cash flow positive or going bust is a concern. OHM still needs to take up the slack and help out.

Being in debt and two companies burning cash is a dangerous game, all IMO.
