Accumulation? Anyway, there are a confluence of landmarks just above, the long term DT line, the 200 EMA and the top of the current range (yellow). If we can break through then resistance around 17.5 may halt progress until the downtrend overhang is absorbed (purple squiggle) then less resistance will be met on the way back up. IMO for what its worth.
