Say Split...

This may come as some surprise but I firmly believe most investor's problem hinge on over investing their funds and not having the capital to remain solvent through the thick and thins periods. The disease is well know and called correctly greediness. There is nothing wrong in my book for those to enjoy the ride up and the ride down short term to the top of the Matterhorn Mountain.  But than again not many here have been to Disneyland as the land of Oz is enough for them.
