I think that none of this matters what weve read today apart from what it reveals to us about ECTS real positon right now.
Saying the RCA is not finalised is admiting that it cant be frozen right now. It is a long way away i think.
This anoncment is only been released because evry one was nervuos about the RCA freezing going past the deadline of middle of febuary.
nothing in this anoncment sheds light on any thing new it goes to show they are still not closer to anyting from 3 weeks ago.
ECT recaped the parrtneship in this anoncemnt and talk about NMDC and NLCs growth as a way to destract away from the things we need to know right now like what about NMDCs acxeptance of the bond proposal ECT are hoping to get an agrement for?
What about all the improtant infomation that needs to be reported on right now? This anoncment changes our concentraton on what is the important stuff to learn about. It is is becoming ridiculus.I don;t care how much the tompsons post about how many shares they want to buy or have boght already or how mcuh of a disruptive product these products can be. They are nothing without good forward steps and managment need to stop desracting share holders for the stuff they need to now evry time they trip over there own words. Soon they will blame the indians again and talk about polite persistance when i think they rely are not telling evry body all the truth about how far away this deal will be from being singed.

There isso much dependant on this going foward.
There is no way in the world it will be singed by 31 March if a ECT meeting needs to ratafy things again after NMDC ratafy the RCA after the RCA gets frosen after the RCA is agreed to  after the bond becomes finalised and submited as a conditon of the RCA after all 3 legal partys agree to the RCA conditions and Bond arangements and other financial compnants like working capital and it just goes on and on before the RCA can be finalised and singed all dependant on so many things before that can even happen.
I seriosly do not think the market is being told this in simple terms at all. So we get destracting anoncments like this one today to shove our concentration. Is any body else seeing all this smoke even if there is are legitamate aims at the end?
