    Right there with you. I am also considering what Labor might do with carried over accumulated capital losses from shares and whether with their proposed changes if they might scale back any accumulated losses so that you cannot fully offset any capital gains that I might make in the rebalancing.

    I do think it is about making small changes now and making necessary changes if and when the policy eventuates.

    I am also considering the possibility of transferring some fully franked shares to my wife as a way of offsetting some of her income. I can of course look at making some lump sums contributions into my super, but that would be a last resort I think.

    I too am sure there are some out there who might just sell a pile and start spending on the camper van just to get themselves into the range of a part pension!
