    Ralph Geminder is also a director of Kin Group [formerly Geminder Holdings] and other associated companies.

    I reckon that purchase has of about 2.3 million shares in PGH will give him control of around 39% of PGH now.

    I guess means other large Top 20 holders may also become involved and are certainly in play.
