Not necessarily true to be out of suspension to raise funds.  Funds can be sought using a SPP instrument to sophisticated and institutional investors using the capacity of the approved capacity to issue new shares.  This was approved at the last AGM, however the challenge would be to place a value on the shares, especially given the long period of suspension in addition to the change of corporate advisory (Everblu) and whomever the BOD will secure to replace Everblu.
It seems to be that the ball is firmly with the ASX to make a decision, unfortunately it has no incentive to do anything until the ASX decides what to do.
I plan on contacting the ASX and asking for an explanation as to why this situation remains ongoing and will share my experience with you all directly
