ASIC should be requested to investigate the share trading. 

FRIB should be urged to reject the takeover on the groundsthat it is not in the national interest to have the only Australian high techcompany in the category fall to an overseas owner. 

This takeover at a fire sale price isreminiscent of the takeover a few years ago of Nautronix which had developedunique underwater acoustic technology and was selling it around the world.After the takeover at a low in the share price, all the technology and business was moved overseas andAustralia lost an industry. A similar thing is likely to happen with NetComm.
