I think it's a bit of everything:

• MRP have a good Ag deposit (you'd think could be a factor)
• We could be soon acquiring a Mill (you'd think would be a factor)
• We're on track for 2019 to hit 1M oz gold (you'd think would be a factor)

This thing is so undervalued it's not funny. You can't be sitting at $35M MC with a 1Moz resource at 2g/t, and a mill and in production, yes all future events, but the Market is forward looking they say.
