Everyone tend to avoid discussion relating to the cashflow.
* Cash end of December quarter is ~$13M * Cash outflow this quarter is ~$51M * Assuming revenue around $12M
* They are short ~$26M
Scenario 1: They have to withdraw their remain loan of around $20M however they are still short in cash.
Scenario 2: They have to raise capital pretty soon, likely $25-$35M to support current production. They will get payment after delivery the goods to China.
Don't get me wrong, I am trying to find an entry at this level. Look very cheap at this price.
Am I missing anything?
