People assume he is always down ramping, I think he is being a realist and looking at both sides and will place his bet accordingly. People need to open there minds to the reality of a falling share price and not just a rising one!
I hope this goes up, HY report will determine this now. He is posting great numbers for expected rise or decline based on this.
