Agree with comments about fresh equity website. Looks like they provide an auction house for fresh capital. Details at present are that AUZ is seeking $5M with current price of 2.9c (20% discount to price at trading halt). I guess that could change as new bids are received. In any case this looks reactive and a much better price may have been achieved if they had done the CR prior to the options expiring. Will wait to see the final details but this is looking like a poor outcome for existing shareholders.
