The details of the AJM cap raise were on the Fresh Equity website prior to the detail being released to ASX as long as the info goes up after the trading halt and not before its pretty standard stuff for the instos and Sophs to place their orders - I suspect the info on the website regarding the size of the raise and the discounted price would be accurate
