I know where you are coming from calling for big guns legal eagles and such. They won't look at a class action where the potential win is less than $30 million and of that they take $10 million. We are small fry.

Our next consideration is to demand an audit and for us to have our own independent accountants and legal people look at the books.
The 249D is still in action CTL has to call an AGM and we are still aiming to have Dale Rogers dismissed from his positions at CTL.

For someone who has supposedly not been paid for 3 years, through neglect and incompetence Rogers, Gray, the senior management and whoever is pulling the strings behind the scenes have cost us many millions of dollars.
