AZA, IMO has about 12% of NXS not 10% and, for what I believe, that is a blocking stake in anyone's vocabulary.
On the other end, you contradict yourself on your post. You wrote:

In the first part of your sentence you state that a 10% stake is not a blocking stake and, in the second part you state that AZA, if it wants to can block a T/O of nexus.
