wonder what happened to Nathan Birch, the guy who built a portfolio of 130 on a pizza delivery drivers wage (anyone can do this) ? Not much on the internet about him, used to be spruiked heaps on real estate porn magazines, newspapers, currant affair etc, the RE caper can't be much good for these guys now.
