Hmm 1 for 12 might be a bit light on. Only values WAF about 37 cents on current prices.
I reckon at least 1 for 10 would be needed to get it over the line. Still only values WAF at about 44 cents.
They might need to allow some shareholders to receive cash instead of shares too.
Hopefully the revised feasibility study in the next few weeks reminds the market of the value of the project and we don't get low-balled.
