That said Haim Cohen has released a bunch of deals so far that have come to nothing.
The market doesn't trust him and rightly so for it's all hot air so far, and nor do the 20,000,000 million shareholding group who vote as a block.
They dumped him from the Board in a landslide vote of no confidence, yet he still remains the CEO, for how much longer is anyone's guess.
He needs to regain trust by delivering on at least 2 of these deals.
Personally, I like the vision of the company and believe it's an exciting opportunity for the future~ but that means nothing if it's run by flops who can't cash in on "signed" deals.
Also, they've missed a big trick so far when they promote their products as eliminating all the bad effects of cannabis (THC) while retaining all the good effects, and yet America is crying out for a solution to nicotine vaping youths who are attracted by the funky flavors so much so that the FDA are considering banning them.
Now, it's fair to argue vaping cannabis for youths, in particular, is dangerous and I completely concur and this issue needs addressing.
But for adults, if you've removed the psychological effects of cannabis and you're left with the positives then you have a pathway to keep the funky flavors without a physical nicotine issue and all of the anti~depressant benefits of CBDs.
Instead they're wholesaling to manufacturers who add nicotine so they are part of the problem.
Why not brand it themselves and go with a nicotine free, THC free, feel good solution?
Sentiment should be none but at this price and with the future money coming into disrupting smoking market, the upside cautiously outweighs the risk.
