UB - 10c i think is very conservative price and based on finance approval and getting on with it.

Once the mine is banked you just have to build it and realise the all the effort put in up front.

With finance comes the hedgebook which basically locks in revenue for a number of years. They have done the first 2 years of grade control already - no risk there.

You have seen the plant design by Mintrex which follows Morgan Hart's previous efforts with Regis - He built that company up to where it is today through his and Mick Evans efforts + all the old team are following him....just like they did for Equigold before them. Yes - Tom Kendall from Mintex designed all those plant as well.
 
10c is crazy low and does not factor other news story like exploration success... this is coming im sure.
