why would SKI invest 80 MM at this juncture without an agreement/ commitment on overall funding of the Sconi project ?
They will remain a strategic partner with a keen intent to maintain that Board seat via equity injection.
Their decision to stand down at this juncture does make sense ..they need to see project funding tied up and they participation a significant part of such funding.Not a premature play.
I dont think anyone is too fussed about the current SP from a strategic investment perspective,
So its a timing issue.
