Exactly. Several posters including myself have been eluding to this for many months. Nothing is a done deal until it is done, only speculation and high risk until then.

WBT or any other company that puts out any information that is not factually correct will end up in a trading halt for a start and that an investigation would be held and those concerned could be placed on fraud charges if it was found to done to manipulate the share price or value of the company. The company would be taken to task by the authorities. Easy as that!!
