It is moving upwards today based on CTD's good (not GREAT but to the relief of many holders... not bad either) report.
My view is FLT's fair value is around high $40's (approx $48-49) right now. My view is that the results won't move the shareprice much, it will be the outlook that does.
If they report an outlook that is even slightly better than the forecasted outlook, then this is a stock that should be trading around $53-$55.
If they report an outlook that is dead on as per their last forecasted outlook, then this is a stock that should be trading around $48-49.
This company is too profitable to be trading in the low $40's. Dividends are juicy enough to ensure this stock doesn't trade below $40.
