You don't think the rain that flooded South America hasn't impacted the other briners, footage I saw of the floods looked very bad at Atamaca and Bolivia declared a natural disaster after the floods earlier this year. The oversupply fears were based on a fiction that SQM would double their production and as it appears they will have to cut production instead.
