Minim Cove : yes I agree with your statement..... however it will come down the number of sucessful wells, barells of oil a day produced by those wells , potential oil field size, size of the asset land holding.... if Ats have continual high success rate the sp can only go up and kicker here is going be a rise in oil prices at some stage in the future.
At the moment they spending money on the drilling program ....Once they have a number of producing wells on line the money will start flowing in.
i think at this stage a valuation of $1 -$2 a share based on continual success is reasonable..
just my thoughts and opinion ..... happy for anyone to have an alternative view
