Let's start with some timeline and hopefully logical assumptions

-the biomedical community in OZ  is relatively small and as such does not keep secrets for long at least on rumour or gossip. (no insult =human nature)
Prana became aware quite early of the anti microbial effects of PBT2 (Nov-Dec) with discussion of papers before publication
-PBT2 was patented as a molecule to pass through the blood brain barrier to affect A/B protein and/or Tau tangles as identified in Alzheimers
    - It was not patented for the results reported  for MRSA etc
-So. Scramble to apply for new patents on a world wide basis before the public knowledge of the molecule and its adjuvants are filed for MRSA etc. by others, causing years of delay.
First commandment of secrecy while scambling? Shut up!
They may be doing the right thing

PS If the anti microbial resistance is correct and is patented, the Life Bio offer as pressnted is dead. There could be some discussion for the board there too
