Where do I start! Firstly, as I'm still a large holder of this company and as at this stage remain so, I don't want to provide judgement on directors actions. That said, why were not top shareholders of the company  consulted with the prospect for investment at a higher price? Many may have taken the option issue at a higher execution price. I personally feel that this recent raise is not a good look, if it were so called high net worth investors why give it away? Something honestly seems astray here. The asset is fantastic and management thus far haven't put a foot wrong, until today by personal opinion. Also why doesn't management respond to emails from large shareholders of the company who are genuine, this has been happening for months. It feels like if you weren't here from the get go you can't get a reply! Management better get there act together, and I personally will be voting no on any future options/incentive plans, a somewhat bizarre announcement today.
