Looking at the bigger picture, i'm not sure MM was ever a good fit, and it seems like the money could have been better spent on RnD of their own advertising approach. I'm very positive on the media services aspect of the business, especially with their foray into e-sports, but this adverting part of the business is not instilling any confidence in me.
