yes but there are still those that are shopping....
look at all the magnatite surrounding the Pilbara coast - the chinese appear more than happy to accomodate for what "our market" tends to dismiss - while we frown at magnatite they are more than happy to buy & secure supply....
it all makes steel & those that are overlooked become easy targets
