I think the problem here is also the price of the metals they have being mostly Zinc, Silver and Lead.
Zinc miners are not the flavour of the month at this stage although Stocks on the London metal exchange are diminishing fast.
If only they had more copper and gold in the resource the share price would probably look much better.
