UFX I agree and that's what's happening here TDV and PDV whom are conservative by nature have decided to proceed to production after carefully determining the resource to the best of their ability using drill results trial mining, chip samples and funding available over the past 18 to 24 months. 
I am in a unique position having been able to visit and see the progress at MS and RoD quite a few times over the past years and will trust their judgment.
