Welcome to HotCopper and the BID thread. I saw your question and I wanted to clarify what may have sparked your question. I listed a series of points about things to keep an eye on, and one of them was "CR coming, no doubts."

I stated this point with the view that BID could do a CR in the next couple of years because I have a long term view. Raising money could fuel some R&D or business developments. A CR might not even be the way to go about it, it could be a CR or a loan.

In a nutshell, I can only make predictions and I am aware that I will also be wrong. I assume that BID will raise money at some point because of their plans. When? I have no clue.
