You had a classic profit taking set up - The stock had run up hard after breaking out of the Bull Flag - it had overbought RSI ( that I highlighted on a couple of charts ) that coinciding with the major resistance zone circa $13/$13.20 and the possibility the 2.1m off market trades were borrow stock to short sell off the back of the overbought T/A
