yes, they have said they will be grandfathered so the(50% general, 33% super ) discount remains for purchases pre the legislation being enacted. In the SF you will thus only pay 10% tax after the discount.

I know this is general tax info not about the BDB, but I was aware that the proposed Labour policy is for changes to CGT for property. Is it also for shares?
