It does look like countries in Africa are realizing their value in the supply chain for commodities and trying to leverage it.......as an investor, it would be much easier just to pay the extra royalties (rather than the complicated local listing/ownership), and hopefully that's what MNS are discussing.
I suspect however that this issue with Tanzania might be impossible to resolve for a small miner with no cash
