How do you know where these new investors are from... the release does not specify... although on your earlier posts you seemed to jump the gun with a false assumption that it was further funds from ANS... read things probably before you extol false comments!
Truth is we do not know who the sophisticated investor is....... it could be ANS, it could be some associates of ANS..... or it could be someone totally outside the ANS "team".
You seem to place great hope in "sophisticated" players. I remember not too long ago you were actually praising ANS as the brought the sophisticated Anthony Steains (Sea Honour)... who you could not stop praising as a sophisticated invested and noted deal doer! Perhaps they have bought in more sophisticated investor!
Truth is.... we have no idea!
Maybe you should just stop second guessing everything as know actually know nothing more than the rest of us. Maybe you should just stop insulting ANS and their shareholders. Maybe you should just wait with patience and see what the outcome is!
As a shareholder of SDL... I don't care if the Ant (ANS) get us over the line, some other investor does... or even if Elvis comes back from the dead and makes this deal happen..... let's just wait and see!
