The top four shareholders and management control almost 50% of the company. They hardly ever sell. Some of the top 20 are long term holders who have been there for years, perhaps stuck at 60c to $1 levels.
In AJ's own words yesterday... he says the register is pretty tight.
Tight register + anticipation of on-coming news = illiquid stock.
Why would anyone sell for 25% profit when the potential reward is 5-bagger from here onward IF the story plays out?
