Retired young??? With comments like "drilling etc has been far too slow" I doubt your retired.

So here is Pilbara boys and they drilled this in 4 years and is 1 reason why they went RC. RC is not as accurate for sampling or knowledge of what lies below. Diamond drill core gives you the exact data you need instead of turning it all into dust like RC drilling. It's also far slower and samples go through a very labour intensive process. I find your blase' comment ridiculous and an incredible lack of knowledge as far as drilling is concerned.
