get a resource
do a PFS
get a reserve
BFS
get a mining lease
get 2 years of baseline environmental data
get permitting
construct mine
Minimum of 4 years to any HLX mine.
HLX are low on cash. There are only a few options to get cash to stay in business. Sell some projects for cash. Or a CR.
Please produce a resource at Collerina.
My HLX are sitting in the bottom draw for better days.
