he is a director who knows abt blockchain but from what i can c pretty much nothing else. He may be your friend IDK but he know shite abt running a company based on consulting with payment in bitcoins that he forgot to cash in at 19,000 - i would excuse that except they want to be a trading desk.

As they cash in coins at 3,500 to pay fior running expenses sooner or later they will all be depleted and company will be delisted.
