    From a fresh low..go from the top of that candle then to the left till you find the the last higher day.(it might be the previous day or might not)..this is number 1..repeat this till you find number 3 .then draw a line across to the right from the 3rd high..this becomes your resistance line to watch..its really quite accurate.
