generally speaking anyone who holds a stock is rarely going to say any negative news/comments, guess that falls on the impartial non-holder. It's seen as a foreign concept from a holder to be negative about a stock their holding or even disagree with management move/direction. no matter how obvious it may seem. Board spills being the exception as sides are chosen etc.
Of course holders can be impartial, but it's not quite so frequent.
