Hey Cophot,i feel i have followed tls enough to feel the div will explain the situation.So i will be going straight to div to see how tls sp is going to perform.Penn and chairman can talk all they like but if they show no confidence in maintaining div then the rest is bs imo only.Tls is not short of capital in fy19,if penn talks up fy20 why cut fy19 div.
ps negative gearing is a commercial competitive advantage for investors over a home buyer,clearly thought up by a DH politician.I have no financial interest in negative gearing but a stupid tax on interest paid by home buyers that makes home buyers less competitive against commercial buyers is just that stupid.
But again imo only its to late to just simply abolish it completely.
