Vertical integration, vertical integration, vertical integration , I didn't realise they owned and  controlled the retail stores aswell, IGA, Priceline and that guy at the airport who sells 3 cans a quarter.

I might load up when they acquire Julies Organic candles and soap bars . It has an upward trajectory is sales ( just like little innocents) , they sold 4 bars of organic soap at the trash and treasure market last qtr - up from 3 the previous qtr. That is of course unless A2M or Bellamys don't get in before WHA. They are still seething over missing out on the Little innocents acquisition.

Anyway, the reality is its good to grow slowly slowly , WHA have really only been selling IF (retail) since 2011 - total sales in 8 years of approximately $300k worth of cans (can somebody fact check how many tins they have sold as opposed to how many they have produced , returned and/ or written off.) to be fair to WHA - 8 years is not a long time.

Anyway, now they are in the spray booth business and canning business because after 8 years of trying to peddle tins retail they realised they can't.

Well done to shareholders who bought the stock, inflated the company valuation to an eye watering $300m based on hype and dreams allowing WHA to raise capital at a further eye watering 50% discount not long ago and now they are adding another $100m plus liability on the books to purchase the tin factory.

A good pivot in business is as good as a good pivot on the dance floor I say.

Just waiting on the next cap raise at 50% discount (private placement) , in order to pay down debt on the tin factory and spray booth when SAMR is announced. They still wont sell any tins retail but they will at least have controlling interest in the company that makes them and fills them - that's good, if you can't sell them, you may as well make them! - thank you shareholders!

Vertical integration, vertical integration, vertical integration. We can't sell tins so we need to leverage some Asian connection, come up with a story - Vertical Integration, sign a bunch of non binding agreements with Asian friends, make the odd useless acquisition, SP goes up , cap raise comes in , use money to pivot business, announce you are no longer selling conventional formula (because you can't and haven't in 8 years) announce you're moving to Organic next year, which apparently is 2 years ahead of schedule ( it sounds good ) - that will ease any questions about sales for the next 12 months ( there are next to no sales anyway) , where waiting on Organic, its all about Organic now , as opposed to GOAT last year, Shares in escrow are released and happy days.

    Love it, Milk milk milk,

    WR
