Where to now for long term investors of Telstra, page-5917

JC I have never agreed with negative gearing on residential property,I believe FC's are good because they keep retirees off welfare.ie aged pension etc other reasons.
The problem with abolishing negative gearing now is it is going to absolutely stuff the economy,they have left it to late.Combine the abolished FC policy and it basically effects the wealth effect of most australians,either thru direct ie those involved in negative gearing or those receiving FC's.It will also effect general consumer consumption which will directly effect business.
The scary part for me is the labor govt is then going to spend the billions on non productive assets ie assets that don't create revenue for the govt.
And this is no joke,albonese is serious about spending $200b on that very fast train with no input from productivity australia or infrastructure australia.
Then labor mentioned something about nbn?
I have 2 shares,i hope after reports i can reduce my holdings in both,one being tls.I will be dividing my term deposits between banks because if above etc happens it will be very serious economically imo,if global economy including IO and coal demand slows then maybe the worst global predictions will happen.
Absolutely i have no intentions of buying any other shares.
I will continue to hold tls,at hopefully reduced levels after tomorrow,but probably wont trim below $4.
Now is not the time to make above policy changes,it seems all or nothing will labor govt.
