Dave, it's so nice that your investment journey has progressed to the point where you are beginning to understand the difference between market cap and enterprise value. I'm happy for you, but note that most investors are already aware of the distinction.
Complaining about both debt and dilution reminds me of my 4 year old going ballistic in the supermarket many years ago. What can you do? Investing in a new business and then endlessly wringing your hands and complaining about cash burn has a similar effect. Stating that the market cap is "huge" without any frame of reference is also just a waste of everyone's time, including yours.
Mate, this investment is obviously interfering with nap time, so I think it's time for you and the rest of your motley crew to sell up (maybe to me today) and put your money in something a bit less challenging.
