It's a good deal to have control stake at B&P. But also need to think why Mason wants to sell. Are they exiting?
At end of the day, WHA has to produce good formulas which can capture a meaningful market share.
Early stages are good for trading and holding, development and mature stages are not easy to make gains by holding, imo.
