The Rambus link you provided (Jan 2015) is a perfect example of a company with filamentary ReRAM initially having aspirations to address the storage class memory market - but changing focus to the embedded market (sound familiar)
Fast forward to May 2018 https://www.eenewsanalog.com/news/rambus-gigadevice-form-reram-joint-venture,:
"the company is expected to make ReRAM for use in embedded and IoT applications"
"Rambus has invested in RRAM technology for several years, and this joint venture is a natural way of continuing to develop this technology for the embedded market," said Ron Black, CEO of Rambus
In the meantime, not aware of Tezzaron producing a storage class memory device (with DRAM type speeds) using filamentary reram
